Today was the first office appointment that I attended since this pandemic and it happened to be with Dr Kitei. I was a little nervous to attend but I am very glad that I did and I must say the entire office did a fantastic job from start to finish.
I experienced some floaters in my left eye, the only one I have with vision. I called the office around 8:30 and left a message. They called me back within a half hour, and had me in at 10:30. Dr. Kitel's examination revealed a torn retina and with his staff got me an appointment at Wills for laser repair. Their sense of urgency and care was exceptional. Three office staff worked to make it happen. i was successfully treated at Wills and back home by 5. I cannot give that that office a higher recommendation!
I was having double vision and headaches i got in with Dr Kitei. It was very serious even though there was a pandemic going on he said my best bet was to go to the er and get the testing i needed. Needless to say 3 days in the hospital and i am now on the road to recovery!!!! Thank you so much for your caring nature and being able to see me when others thought it was not an emergency!!!!!
During a unfortunate time in our lives I was having eye issues and haven’t seen their office in over 7 years and they quickly got me in and treated my eye issue. Grateful for office and staff.
