We had a great experience at the Clinic! The facility is beautiful, very clean, and welcoming. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and patient. Dr. Hasselbach listened to all of my concerns and never made me feel like I was asking a ridiculous question. There were two follow-up calls afterward to check in on our kitty, which I really appreciated. I’m so glad a friend recommended we go there!

My female puppy was spayed at BPAC because the clinic she usually goes didn't have an appointment early enough. I'm very glad she had her surgery there. The staff was wonderful and my dog was in very capable hands. Great communication and high level of care. I recommend BPAC and Dr Siegert very confidently.
