Tried to make appointment for vet to see my dog because he gas alot of issues. Just wanted to touch base. Was refused and told he's not due until June. Also informed vet who has been treating him for years is no longer seeing patients regularly. Would have been nice if I had been informed. I need vet who is available as issues arise.

BPAC has always been kind , professional and great communication. I never feel as if Mister is a number. They never rush and are very interested in the owners perspective. There is never any owner ‘shaming’ over caring for my animal the ‘right’ way. The staff are always willing to give good advice and consider the stains on family income. Today they helped Mister with a ripped nail. He was in pain and they helped him and helped us know what we should do for Mister moving forward. Best Animal clinic ever.
My 4 dogs love it here! The docs are great with all sizes. Plus the techs and vet assistants are amazing to work with. They all really enjoy their work!
Dr. Smith and her team were great with our shihtzu, Arya. Everyone was kind, friendly, and patient. Arya is feeling much better and was happy to know Dr. Smith called to check in on her today.
The staff here is so great. They always remember our pets when we come in and are so great with them. They are very professional, they keep you updated on everything they are doing and are ready to answer any questions. I always get a followup call the next day after an appointment just to check that everything is going well. I highly recommend them!
My dog had been sick for a week and I was calling around to try and find somewhere that could see him in the next few days, Bethel Park Animal Clinic got him in that day! They took excellent care of him in the office, gave us what we needed to help him get better, and today they even called to see how he was doing! I had been searching around for a vet, but we definitely found ours now! You can tell they love and care about the animals and they are so friendly! Thank you guys, so happy me and Marley found you!!
We adopted a kitten from the clinic, the staff were incredibly helpful with the process. We will be back.
