We always take our dogs to Bethel Park Animal Clinic. Dr. Siegert is always personable and thorough when Oliver or Grace has an appointment. All the vet techs are very friendly and you can tell they all have a true passion for animals! 😊
Love this vet practice.
In a weeks time I had to bring 2 of my cats. The staff was wonderful. I had to put one of my cats down and they were so compassionate with me. They take their time and they are very knowledgeable. They only do what is necessary realizing that the cost is also stressful to their clients. My other cat is doing much better thanks to their excellent care. One of their staff actually walked me to my car with her umbrella because it was raining so hard. I have already recommended them to several friends and family and I will alway... read more
So professional and patient
Our first visit...we needed a new vet since we moved..took our dog Lenny here today and they were awesome! The vet tech Chelsea was so friendly and enjoyed Lenny...think he loves her too! Dr Smith (the vet) was very thorough going over Lennys records and previous issues and setting up his current care. Total professionals! two days ago my partner and I said goodbye to our little man Doby... the staff and Drs at Bethel Park Animal Clinic went above and beyond, treating my Doby, partner and myself with respect, kindness, caring, and sympathy... there will never be enough good things I can say about this facility... I will forever be indebted to them for their treating us more like family then patients... you can bet any pets we have will be cared for by these people, each and every one of them is beyond fabulous... I can’t even begin to express my gratitude to this incredible staff. After suspicion of Lyme disease ended up being aggressive cancer in our Golden Retriever, we unexpectedly had to have our baby put down. The kindness, compassion, and understanding from everyone we encountered was above and beyond anything we could have expected.
