RecommendedOur 12 week old puppy had her first visit at BP Animal Clinic this week. From speaking with them to set up the the initial appt to meeting the technician who took her into the clinic to the call from Dr Burns was amazing. I told them I have never felt so comfortable. Then to hear how well she did... Happy Furmom!
I will never go to another vet. We first went to BP Animal Clinic last year when we had to put our cat down. The care and kindness the staff showed us was above and beyond. We got a new cat a few months ago that has some health issues and again, the staff has gone above and beyond over and over doing whatever they can to help. Dr Goldstein calls and checks in as has other staff members. The care they show to both pets and us as owners is so appreciated. I would recommend them for anyone with a pet. I always have a good experience when I take my furry kids to BP Animal Clinic. The staff are always kind and take great care of my boys❤️ They also ask before performing any procedures and try to keep costs down by not doing anything unnecessary. I highly recommend them.
First time taking my new GSD, Phoenix to BPAC. They were super friendly, really cared about our experience.. ( shout out to the technician who brought my screaming toddler out some juice boxes!!!😭 )... they even took pictures. Got a follow up call today to make sure my pretty girl is doing well after her visit. Thank you guys again!! We will be in again in few weeks 🖤🐾
We have been taking our cats to BPAC for years now. We recently adopted a puppy and after her spay (at a different clinic that was pre-scheduled when we adopted her), the stitches would not dissolve/fall out. We did a tele-medicine consultation with one of the Drs at the office this morning and they recommended that we take our puppy in, to have the stitches removed. A vet tech removed the stitches AND they refused to take a payment from us for the original consultation and removal of the stitches. We can not recommend them ... read more
The staff was excellent and Thunder received excellent care. They gave me an appointment immediately. Dr. Sweigert (spelling) was reassuring and competent taking really good care of Thunder even though he did not react to the procedure joyfully. Very grateful that they helped us. Highly recommend this group.
