I am not a current client if their’s - but will be in the future. We had a 23 year old cat that started to pass, however, it was to a point where we had to put her down and were unable to wait it out. We are new to the area and didn’t have established vet care. Came in with my newest addition, a black and white Argentine tegu. I wanted to get her checked out due to me adopting her and wanted to make sure she was healthy and everything! The staff was amazing and it was clean and they were careful with her due to her not surroundings!
I've have good experiences with the Bethel Park Animal clinic!! Dr Chick and others have done a great job handing some rare situations and uncommon issues!! The only complaint I do have is due to a recent change. Apparently all checkouts are now done theu an electronic link sent to you! Not everyone keeps their financial information on their phones or even uses smart phones!! This doesn't really make sense to me! Why wouldn't you accept credit card payments in store ?
