RecommendedMy baby had a very sore paw and long nails that no groomer will touch since he is 13 and can’t stand anymore, at least not for a long enough period. It was very nice of them to not only attend to his paw which turned out but to trim nails at no additional fee. The visit was 70.00 and the fact they did a contactless appointment and I never had to go inside made me very happy. They also call after each appointment to check on your pet. I’ll definitely go back as needed!
They were able to get us in for an emergency visit when no other vet in the south hills area (outside of the emergency vets which are so pricey) would. Took care of my girl. Very compassionate. Gave us different treatment options without judgement.
My cat was ill, and I could not get an app't with my regular Vet. BP Animal Clinic agreed to see him the next day, and they took excellent care of him. It was during the time of Covid, and they carried him in, called me to give me full updates, and brought him back out to the car afterward. Everybody was so nice, and welcoming, and he is now feeling much better! I will be using them in the future!
The caring staff; the professionalism,I didn’t have to wait for an appointment, I was new to them and I was treated as tho I’d been going there for years.
Money money money!! that’s all they care about!!!! They could not help my little kitten with a broken leg, was willing to pay half today and the other half in a couple days when I could get to the bank, charged me almost $100 And did not do anything but look at her!!! So if you’re looking for an animal clinic I would recommend looking elsewhere!! Dr. Kernic on Frankstowns Road in Penn Hills is a far more superior then them!!
was in a pinch looking for a vet on a saturday to treat a stray cat. i had called around to approximately 8 different locations & no one was available to help! i called the clinic here & they were more than happy to help! i was thrilled!! The staff & dr's were just great! Thank you all for doing a great job!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! Their entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and caring. We've been going for several years now. They go to great lengths to ensure fur babies are comfortable, healthy and happy. I take both my dog and cat - and they've even saved the day with an emergency visit after a grooming appointment with my cat went terribly wrong and she needed stitches. They handled the whole situation gracefully and quickly. Highly Recommend!! 👍
