I honestly cannot thank Beth Newman and her team enough after a near disastrous event where our young Labrador dived over a bridge and into a rocky ravine below whilst on holiday on the island. The compassion and care shown was like nothing we have ever encountered with follow up calls,emails and return visits that were never too much trouble and all results,X-rays etc forwarded to our own vets and specialists without question. Lovely practice, fitted in my dog at almost no notice while I was visiting family on the island. Beth was caring and thorough despite having a busy morning ahead. Highly recommended.
