my son has gone to the emergency room 2 times for the same issue and each time had had over a 4 hour wait time. The first time he decided to leave and deal with the pain because the staff was unprodessional and did nothing to try to comfort him. He was even told that they could not give him water or anything. Now he sits and again is waiting meanwhile watching several people come in behind him and get called to the back. It seems that the service at BI had increasingly gotten worse. Litteraly no comment it’s terrible
Ask people their race before you assume, I might look white but be black, look black and be white. One day your staff will get in trouble for this and get sued. It is not right, grow up people. You have certain meds based on race, you could hurt someone.
My husband and i have been going BIDMC for many years under some very serious health issues and i can never say enough nice things about the Drs, nurses, surgeons etc. We have never had a bad experience there, will always go there regardless of how far we have to travel, best hospital around.
great care there with shoulder surgery 1 1/2 years ago. doctor and medical team superb. follow up care great as well.
I want to thank Dr. Tobias, his PA Emma and all of the wonderful nurses who took such amazing care of me. My surgery was successful thanks to all of you. I definitely recommend Beth Israel to anyone who needs any kind of medical care but I especially recommend Doctor Tobias and his staff to anyone wanting top surgery. He's very professional and amazing 😃
I give BIDMC a 5 out of 5. I ended up at another ER more than a week ago. All I wanted was to be at BIDMC. I finally ended up there last Sunday . I would have stayed in the ER for days just to be at BIDMC. They got me in on the Oncology floor, on Sunday. My doctors, the nurses and staff took such incredible care of me. Even though they are an hour and a half plus drive, from my house, they are well worth it. Their knowledge, skill, patience and kindness is Amazing! I am doing better and home now.
