Do not put your bet behind the counter for certain staff in this shop as they put on the wrong days your Irish lottery numbers get put on as I asked a member of staff to put my Irish lottery on for Saturday 11th October 2025 & went to collect my winnings & was told when a staff member went to check my ticket it was put on for the wrong day so what a disappointment I got to find out I did not win because of a staff member, so please do it yourself as you cannot trust anyone to do it yourself

Shop to hot no Airtcon, staff behind the counter looked like were about to pass out
Thank you to the staff at Betfred in Victoria Road Glasgow , we were in the shop last night we walked away and left our shopping bag in the shop ,we noticed we'd left it when we got home , my husband went back and the Betfred assistant behind the counter had it ,didn't get his name but want to thank him so much , we love going into this Betfred its always very clean and the staff are always friendly, and once again Thank you 😊
