We just had our dog Bow’s very first trip to the vet, and it couldn’t have gone better! From the moment we walked in, everyone made her feel comfortable and welcome. The vet was incredibly kind and gentle, making sure Bow had plenty of tasty treats throughout the check-up (which she definitely enjoyed!). All the Receptionists are very helpful and lovely Marion is always polite welcoming. I can’t praise Charlotte enough for the way she cared for my sick cat her, knowledge and efficiency, care, empathy compassion were above and beyond. It’s a joy to take my cats into the cat clinic, Charlotte has created a sanctuary feel to the clinic and her presence and care sets the tone.
