Went to a reception the place was great food and atmosphere.
Staff is horrible! I went to a wedding there a couple of weeks ago. They tried to take my place setting away before dinner was even served, champagne taken before anyone could drink it, set my dessert down and went to get a drink, came back and they had taken it. If you are planning an event, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
Got up charged for my 5 year old so she could go to waterpark, they knew about kid when I booked room but they failed to tell me correct price at booking!! Lied to about time arcade closes and no working fridge when we got to room. Paid $160 for room booked at $120. Go to Great Wolf you probably get room for same price!!
Wonderful banquet hall, lots of food and desert plus all you can eat! My favorite place to come for the holidays with my family!
