We had a conference there today. Coffee cake had mold in it. Food was terrible. We couldn't hear our speaker because music was playing over head. We have been going here for 16 years and this year was horrible.
We paid 225$ for a room that was dirty, no fitted sheet on the bed, fire water spickett was tapped over, there was plaster all over the handles of the doors, greasy finger prints on the tables and sharp staples scattered on the floor. I mentioned it to the front desk, they said that they would send housekeeping in but all they did was remove the tape
Our wedding was horribly done. They ended up having to refund money to us and It wasn't nearly enough to cover everything that went wrong. A manager was nowhere to be found the night of the wedding to fix the issues. I couldn't believe how much they ruined our special night. Kasia was nowhere to be found and wouldn't field our calls that night for help.
Had my wedding here August 15, 2015! It was deemed by MANY as the" MOST BEAUTIFUL" wedding ever witnessed! Thank you Kasia!
Beautiful place to go to! Amazing staff, great food!
