Their receptionist sux. VERY bad service!! Don't celebrate ANYTHING there, you'll be sorry that they ruined it!!!
Was at a wedding one of the hottest days and the air broke down they gave the party a couple of box fans but did not seem to concerned about it
Very disappointed on how my wedding was handled. Being told in a open bar you can only have one beer, having a floor soaking wet because their portable bars are broken, having wedding coordinators change hands three times , items promised on my contract not supplied because they were broken or just not available anymore . No reimbursement either. Not getting a taste test of their dinners, and lastly having to break down decorations in my wedding dress because we weren't allowed the next morning to get them. For $186.00 a night ya think this place would have freaking air conditioning in the Game room, nope! Hallways, nope! It's seriously 91° Lucky my room has AC.. I will NEVER come here again.
