Was at a conference and they had the appetizers .... was delicious. Service was on the ball. Great coffee too.

March 23, 2019 I joined my family for a day of swimming with my grandchildren at the Wyndham Gardens Hotel in Sterling Heights. My grand babies had a wonderful time, but my enjoyment turned into disappointment as I was bitten by bed bugs during the night. (Thank GOD none of my grand babies were bitten) Night shift manager was uninterested as if this was a normal thing. WORST place I've ever attended a seminar. Loud parties in both sides of the conference room made it nearly impossible to hear the speaker and although it was brought to management numerous times, nothing was ever done about it. DO NOT attend a seminar here, you'll regret it.
Nice conference rooms, great service for our buffet dinner. Food was good. Coffee was hot and always available. I cannot speak about the rooms, as I was here for a conference and lived close enough to commute
It was fabulous dining experience 😀 yesterday.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff is rude. After I booked a room here to celebrate my wifes birthday they told me that you cannot use the waterpark area unless you book directly through the hotel and I had booked via Priceline. My daughters were devastated and the staff didnt care at all! One of the worst hotel experiences of my entire life!
