It fell off the new hotel should’ve updated everything rooms smells like pee only part of water area was available on a Thursday when u spend all that. Money only thing was good was complimentary breakfast
Our door had to be reprogrammed and then replaced because our keys wouldn’t work twice in a row. The pool is overcrowded. The staff was nice except for one real gem at the front desk. The risotto was nice.
I thought I was going to like this hotel but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I usually stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Warren and was looking for another hotel to stay when my family returns to Michigan next and I was hoping the Wyndham would be that hotel, but it looks like we will returning to the Courtyard Marriott. The Wyndham had very, very poor customer service, the room was untidy, no coffee filter holder, no coffee in the room or sugar. The banquet hall was nice big and clean however the bathrooms were very messy and one stahl had blood in it!! Also the food was ok, the rolls had mold on them on all of them!!!!!!!!! So therefore made me and others really not want to eat the food. It was ok.
My Husband and I enjoyed our selves my daughter made reservation for Us for there Mother's Day Dinner 🍏🍇we were escorted to over table on time 👩🏽🍳the food was very nicely presented 👩🏽🍳the food was tasted the atmosphere was nice 👨🏽🍳we enjoyed .
