they keep the hotel clean. pool and swim park nice. dont have free breakfast and restaurant miss informed us on buffets being available for both breakfast and dinner and the times for the breakfast buffet was wrong. room and restaurant was over priced.

We cknd in Friday..rm was ok....didn't have enough towels after writing a note requesting 2 more sets and leaving them a tip. We had to request 3 times. Coming back to our rm 1103 our card would't work in the outside door. The Bobby stuff changed 3 times and were less then helpful. Maintenance guy came and informed us the batteries were dead even replacing them didn't work. Luckily were leaving tomorrow. Staff at front desk are not friendly or helpful. I would have to rate this hotel very low on this visit. We checked into this hotel to a room with dirty sheets. Also luke warm shower water. I have been waiting on a call back from management for two days now. Will never stay here again!!
