RecommendedEverything was great, but the three women in the afternoon at the front desk ARE NOT FRIENDLY OR APPRECIATIVE! I wasn't for sure if the outside building doors were unlocked through the day and locked at night, so I politely asked them and got a "nope they're locked all the time". I proceeded to inform them that building 3 door was broken because my family didn't have to use our room key to get in since we arrived the day prior. Warning!! The Ramkota has no customer service. Stay elsewhere! Upon arriving, I was not even greeted with a smile or a welcome. My suite was nothing special. The highlights were the loud, slamming door and the stains on the wall. Not to mention the dust and tiny bathroom. The smoking stations are located right out of the door, so I hope you like smelling smoke in the halls (may be breaking the law on it being that close to the building). RecommendedFriendly staff well appointed room. Bed was a little lumpy but I'm used to memory foam. Excellent pillows and lots of them. Water park but we didn't go there. Nice restaurant but it was a little noisy out in the hallway
RecommendedA great parking lot shaded all afternoon. Easy in and out places to park a trailer. We will have one spot were everything will take place or start from. Easy on and off from I 90. A sharp looking lobby full of friendly people and one of the best restaurants in town.
