Confusing layout. Our wedding “block” of rooms were no where near close to one another. One room was burglarized. Poor lighting. No continental breakfast.
Upon arrival we discovered two of our rooms were not actually reserved (Travelocity). Kate, was outstanding in solving the problem. She was outstanding.
