This is apparently a hang out for the local youth. They terrorize the hallways all night and guests. Then you go into the suspicious nature of qtips laying around the hallways which is consistent with drug use in the hotel. Spend your money on rooms and conferences elsewhere. Don’t bother asking for help from the desk that is an effort in futility!

My children were here for a birthday party last weekend and two of the three have what I can only describe as chemical burns on their legs and sides from the insane levels of chlorine. They cannot even wear jeans and cry every night because of the burning. I have always thought the chlorine levels were high here but I’ve never seen anything this bad. I won’t be back.
two pools and comfy beds
I asked for my room to get serviced each day and it was never done!! Very unfriendly housekeepers!! Have to get towels from the pool area because housekeeping didn’t want to clean your room!! And I actually love staying here but now I’m not sure I want to. I even called the front desk and I was assured that my room would be cleaned but it still wasn’t!!

I really like the hotel overall but the housekeeping department isn’t great at all. I’ve been calling since I have checked out Sunday on some items I left behind. Head of housekeeping said they haven’t found.m anything which is a complete lie, I know what I left there! I call Monday I was told they put them rooms on hold. Will strip them, called Tuesday no answer. Some honest workers would be great, this isn’t my first time having this problem!
