Not one of the best visits I have had with a Best Western, bathtub full of hair so it plugged up, no Kleenex, just a little on the dirty side, hope next time is better

Its a nice place but there are no elevators so you have to struggle with your luggage going to the second floor. Its good exercise and you get used to it after a while. Cleaning people were friendly and very helpful.

Great restaurant, really nice food and the salad bar was awesome. The bar and bartender were fantastic, kept my husband entertained while I did laundry. Huge facility, but very small laundry facility, only one washer and dryer! Also, they need to increase their routine bug spraying, we had ants in the bathroom and we had 5 cockroaches in our room. (3 by front/outside door and 2 in bathroom). Bugs are a part of life, but in a hotel....not so good. Spray more often to get more stars.
