The rooms are excellent, the meeting rooms are good. Housekeeping made sure we were comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the pool had too much chlorine and my children faces and body were red, please use less chlorine as I use the motel frequently.

We Loved it! What can I say a beautiful vacation, with an exceptional staff. We truly loved how Jane always makes sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions. Best hotel staff ever is why we've been staying here since 2012. See everyone again next year!
Called 4 hours early because plans changed to see if we could check in early, were rudely told rooms are only GUARANTEED after 4:00 p.m., but to stop in and check they were often open early. We stopped, not ready (which is fine because they said it may not be). We were told "a half hour longer" several times and it was never ready each time. Thank you to the staff of the Ramkota from Delta 1-5 Vietnam Veterans Marines Reunion. You guys were amazing. The staff was so accommodating to our large group. The Gazebo facilitated a first hand account of our nations history. Your restaurant had wonderful food and was accommodating to our groups impromptu arrivals.
