Room nice and clean.....shower had a leak and sprayed all over everything (informed management before leaving) room 1403. Also children running up and down the hall, also out the padio doors. Very noisy.

Our room was clean. The housekeeping crew was very nice. We loved the pool areas especially the one for kids. The downside to any of it was the bed it feel like the springs were right there. I would recommend a very thick mattress pad or replace the beds completely. My brother in law had the same complaint about his bed.
Was a great place to stay. Attended a wedding there and it was beautiful. Great water park, shopping and restaurants are near by. Rooms are spacious with coffee maker and fridge included.
