Steady breeze coming through ac unit, no housekeeping service, asked for towels didn't get any...party going on below us first night...beds smaller than queen felt like full size

Took 2 hours to check in, because of computer issues. Mold in shower, smoke smell in room, loud, window was sealed shut and AC not functioning. Had a bad time all around! Met some good people in our wait though. Too bad it wasn't any of the staff!
