This is my hotel of choice This is my hotel of choice when I am in Brooklyn. I have never had any problems here and the rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast is really good too.
Hospitable and helpful. The Gregory staff was hospitable, helpful, responding pleasantly to every question about car service, train schedule, the best pizza, hunt for a forgotten tooth bursh, and why was it so cold outside. Our room was warm, comfortable, and the TV & telephone worked. What more could you want? The neighborhood was friendly with plenty of shopping, a variety of restaurants, churches, and inexpensive compared to Manhattan and we would certainly return if given the chance. thanks
Wonderful Rooms House keepers did an excellent job cleaning the rooms. Had the most comfortable sleep I've had in a very long time. Wonderful rooms.
Everything Just Perfect Shower head was perfect and it aim perfectly. I want to get one of theses when I get home. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
Wonderful! I made my reservation on Expedia and followed up with a phone call to advise the front desk that I would be arriving late. The staff was excellent!!!! I asked how to get to the hotel from JFK and I received not only excellent instructions but guidance as to where to get the cab and where to not go for a cab. Wonderful!
Great place to rest your head! Sadly, the reason for our stay was to attend a family funeral, and this was the closest hotel. We were very pleased with the hotel (just six blocks from the funeral home and nine from the church). It was a nice neighborhood. When we checked in, Carmen was very helpful, and gave us a recommendation for dinner (which was excellent) for after calling hours. Helpful & Friendly The staff was very helpful and friendly, and assisted me with holding both documents and baggage for me while I was at the hotel.
Pro all the way Stayed for the Labor Day holiday weekend and had quite an enjoyable stay. The staff is great- pro all the way.
Good location Located right on the R train stop and close to buses. If you're there for Bay Ridge event it's great (and seems to be the only Bay Ridge hotel). Staff was great and helpful. And there is breakfast and a hotel bar.
