Good modest hotel I found everything clean and in good repair. No bugs or any such thing in my room. The room was overlooking 4th Avenue, yet quiet. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, and a good selection was offered. The location was wonderful for me, as I was able to get to both Manhattan and other areas of Brooklyn quite quickly. Admittedly, I am not a fan of the "luxury" type of hotel, and appreciate a clean, quiet, and modest hotel that offers good value for the money paid.
Helpful & Friendly The staff was very helpful and friendly, and assisted me with holding both documents and baggage for me while I was at the hotel.

Everything was great! I would like to tell you what a great staff you have at this hotel, the food and service was great at the Madrid Lounge. I had visited with other hotels and looked on the internet but knew this is where we would stay. We had 4 people in our group and and everyone was very happy with the hotel.
