The location is why we picked this hotel. The location for the family wedding was perfect. We booked multiple rooms. Blood on the sheets, blood in the bathrooms, sand in the sheets, ACs did not work, ice machine did not work, lights in the bathroom did not work, coffee maker was broken with no coffee cups. I can go on.
If I could give zero stars I would. Awful. Don't stay here. We arrived earlier than our scheduled check in and they wanted to charge $55 +tax to check in early/ per room. Also the fee to use the in-room safe was ridiculous. We had 3 rooms reserved. So we waited until check in time. When we actually checked in at the check in time I had a receipt in my email that stated that I had already paid and owed $0 at check in.
