Very warm welcome when I first stepped in and that warm welcome continues whenever I pop in. Bob and Mark are super! I came in for quote before Christmas and it was done instantly, Mark did all the measurements and then quoted me, all within an hour. I had a budget to stick to and they even came under, which i fantastic. Be honest with what you can afford and they will do their best for you. I was very very pleased. Was turned away instantly as soon as we walked in the shop , saying you didn’t do measurements/quotes ? Meaning that we should have brought you the sizes. And that we was too far out of the catchment as you was a local area. Yet you’ve done my parents in firbeck and we are 5 mins down the road from there. Just had some carpets fitted today, can't praise mark,Bob and staff enough for a very professional and quality job. Very friendly and can't do enough for you. Anybody who's needing new carpets should try these guy's ,forget the big retail outlets best step flooring are the best
