They continuously have either no vets or limited vets due to a "nationwide vet shortage". What makes it worse is they seem to think this isn't their problem when I brought it up. Over a year ago my dog needed to have a nasty cut in her foot looked at and I had to take her somewhere else as they had no vet and so could not see her. They told me they couldn't fix the past and to move on and then tell me they had no vet 2 months ago. Today's checkup, there was no one in the waiting room at all. The staff at Best Friends March are so thoughtful. Our house rabbit recently passed away and they sent my daughter a card and some forget me not flower seeds. It meant a lot. Thank you x
Consistently exceptional service for both my pets and myself for years. Thank you ❤️ The staff members have changed over the years, but the kindness, compassion and empathy shown by every member of staff has not, the present BF team are the best yet.
I couldn’t recommend this vets enough, I have 3 dogs 1 of which is very reactive and from the moment you go in the reception team make a fuss of him then the vet just talks to me and him while he smells everywhere then once he’s chilled he’s ok. It’s a genuine pleasure to go to the vets, thank you guys
The most friendly and caring vets I have ever been to! Felt like my friends when I left! My daughter had a school trip around the same time as my cats neutering appointment and they went code red! Hurried me in, helped me and sorted my two cats out right away. Receptionist was so kind and friendly even when I was late to pick them up due to traffic. Really pleased with my cats care and their take home package. I could tell they had been looked after as they weren't even that scared! Really lovley place.
