RecommendedWe have been bringing our three dogs to Best Friends in Carmel for the last 4 years and they LOVE it. We travel a lot and the dogs go to day camp at least twice a week. We recently moved to Ohio and they even threw a “going away” photo shoot for them! They are the sweetest and will love your furbabies so well!
Not normally one to do this, but here it goes: After a weekend away from home, I picked up my dog, Miley, this morning from the “Best Friend Pet Hotel” to find that they completely shaved off her top coat. When I dropped her off I spoke with the groomer and the one instruction I passed along was “just trim her up and please don’t shave her”...so to say I was shocked to find her looking like this was an understatement. The staff is friendly and professional. My dog actually pulls me through the front door when we arrive. When she comes for doggy day camp I can check on her at lunch thru the video cam to see she is having fun. When we board her for vacations, she comes home happy and exhausted. It is a good place for us with our large very active young dog to get exercise and social time with other dogs.
Thank you for taking such good care of Jonah. I appreciated the call when he was having intestinal problems. Cindy was great as she ran to the store for pumpkin for him - great care !!
Our dog Bernie loves being able to run and play with other dogs at doggy day care. We used Best Friends for boarding over the holidays and loved that we were able to watch him on the webcam. Being a rescue, were a little nervous about how Bernard would behave around other dogs. The staff was very understanding of our concerns and even gave us a report card for him to let us know how he did. The dogs are well cared for and seem to have so much fun.
