Be forewarned, this location is “under new management” and it’s not for the better. We’ve been long-time customers but will be no longer. The lady now running the place couldn’t care any less. Notice the newer reviews don’t have anything good to say? To whomever made the decision to put these people in charge, you made a really bad decision and your business results will prove it out.
This is the worst excuse for a pet boarding/day care facility. Animals have died here and the only thing they truly care about is money. In my experience corporate boarding facilities are the worst. Please don’t board your animal here look for pet sitters that will either allow your animals to stay and their house or watch them at home. Pretty much at any veterinary clinic there are technicians that would be more than happy to watch your animals.

I personally worked under Rachel (the manager who was let go without real cause) for 3 years. She took care of her employees and the animals staying under care as if they were family. You will never find another manager who wholeheartedly cares about the animals like she did. Shame on you.
CORPORATE COWARDS!!!! Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. Your manager, Rachel, was the heart and soul of that place. She will be sorely missed by clients and their beloved pets. I hope your business suffers for it.
I love having the reassurance my pup is in good hands! I take him to daycare at least 3 days a week! I would recommend Connie for grooming , my pup loves her!

I boarded 3 of my dogs here about a year ago and none of them were able to stay in the same kennel. Their kennels look like dungeons. One of my dogs is a pitbull so she wasn't allowed to play with the other dogs. I asked where they would take her out to potty and they told me they walk her around out front in the parking lot. I wasn't very comfortable with her leaving the building. I didn't have a choice but to leave her there since most places wont accept pitbulls around tha… See more
