I have used this place for the past 4 years! I was just informed they will not continue to have my 13 year old lad mix as a client. He is to much work for the groomer! Wow! If they can't be bothered with an older dog, why would you take your young dog there?
Just moved to Charlotte and was referred to Best Friends. The "Camp Counselors" are great and are always hapy to see Just Jack! The daily "repawt" card on activities and friends he played with are a value add and contribute to the overall experience for me , "the crazy dog lady"!

Best Friends is a great place for boarding, doggy day camp, and grooming. The staff is always happy to see our lab, Lucy. They shower her with hugs and tons of attention. We trust the staff and know they will take good care of her.
we had a wonderful experience leaving both of our dogs for 10 days. Our dogs are like our children... we loved them so much. It was a highlight to receive pictures of them via email. We knew they were giving them lots of love. They both shared a room , so that made us very happy that they could be together. They even suggested me to bring a t- shirt to remind them of our smell.
