RecommendedI was so worried leaving my 7 month old Black lab puppy for the first time especially since he is a very active and difficult to train pup!! I was so pleased with best friends! They made sure blu was so well taken care of and the Picture they sent me he looked so happy! I am Def using best friends of north Plainfield again when i go away! Thank you!

Honestly, I trust the staff whole heartedly with my pet, Jax. He's always smiling as soon as we pull up to best friends. Easily one of the best, fun, and honest pet day care facilities in charlotte.

You’ve just lost a loyal customer ! Your new “management” is horrendous. Your “customer service” is non-existent and your new manager couldn’t care any less. I bring two of my dogs there and have been going there for quite some time. Rachel the manager that is no longer there, was FABULOUS and everything ran smoothly. Receptionist got ahold of my personal cell number and repeatedly spammed my phone. Would not stop calling all day long. Report to bbb for unauthorized use of personal information
