I took my dog for a play and stay didn’t see him playing on the cameras. I asked the staff if he was good and all they could tell me is that the temperament test went well but no one could confirm if he got any playtime in...so I guess I paid to have my dog in a kennel? I’ve called back for additional details and nothing can be shared. A manager was supposed to call me...and nothing. I feel frustrated and mislead. Looked into taking my pit bull, Zoe, to doggy daycare here and unfortunately was called and told that due to her breed she could not do the doggy daycare and only the daytime boarding where she’d get one on one with the staff but not the other dogs. I hate to see a company give in to the stigma when she is such a sweet, loving pup and just wants to play with other dogs. Will be looking for a company that doesn’t have breed restrictions.

Most caring place ever! My dog always stayed there and loved it. She recently passed away and I got a card signed by the entire staff expressing their condolences. They truly care about the animals in their care. I love Best Friends and my Bella did too!
Too both dogs here 6/1/19. They do not have outdoor runs So the dogs have to release themselves in there cage. My dogs and all dogs are trained no to go in the place they sleep. After a visit to the vet that week $210 later. A suites is not a outdoor run. I would never recommend this place. They have no training for dog care.
