The staff is amazing! After having a terrible experience at another boarding place in Charlotte, my husband and I were looking for a place to board our reactive pup, Bruce. The staff listened to all my concerns and were so wonderful with our dog! They even called us the next morning to let us know that Bruce was doing well! When we picked him up 3 days later, he was groomed (having a reactive dog this was a miracle! Tells you how amazing the staff truly is) and happy as could be! Penny loves it and we love the staff! They take great care of her and I love the notes about her day.
My puppy Riley loves this place. She plays all day and sleeps all night after one doggie day camp session. The staff is super friendly and knew Riley's name and personality within a week of trying this place out.

I appreciate that this company takes intact makes as well as accepting titers I stead of actual vaccinations. due to being intact he does not socialize with the other boarders but instead gets human interaction which we want anyway. Often the bully breeds are blamed if anything untoward happens so Altho our dog loves everyone we don't want him interacting with other dogs without us present anyway! Love this place for safety of our guy!
