I'm extremely happy with my new house flooring, I brought from best carpets Ltd, fitters done very unique job, they also helping me moving out all of my stuffs one room to another room which is not their's job. That show how seriously they look after their customers, I appreciate for this, I will rate best carpets Ltd one of the best in london

Was originally quoted a fixed price to have a carpet fitted, but when I returned to book it in, I was suddenly quoted a higher price. When I questioned this, I was told I was lying and was spoken to in an extremely dismissive and demeaning manner. The shop itself is dirty, chaotic, and badly organised, and the staff are incredibly rude. On both occasions I visited, I was interrupted mid-conversation so they could serve a male customer instead—without explanation or apology.
