I do not shop at Best Buy that often because its usually a little more pricey but they do offer better deals on Cell Phones for Verizon's and other main Carriers Keven the guy who help me was very knolegable on phone plans.

The absolute worst customer service in the history of retail. The rudest manager or mall cop (guy had a badge on) that basically wanted to fight me. Can't use the brand new product that is still sealed in the box and they can not do anything for me. I, my family, or anyone I am close to will never buy from or step foot in this store for life. Complete and utter failure. And someone please tell me why a best buy person would have a badge on.
I walked around half the store looking lost. An employee almost bumped into me a few times. They apologized nicely. But no one offered to help me???
So very horrible today. Won't honor their geek squad warrenty. Manager Allah wouldn't even come talk with us she was too busy. Chuck, I believe the other manager, heard my complaint and walked out on break or whatever. Crazy I left there not buying a dryer and went to Lowes instead. Horrible day there.
So honestly, the folks I asked questions about products were great, but the check out experience was awful. I do take some solice in that I was out the door faster than folks waiting in the Internet Order Store Pick Up line .... amazingly bad.
Terrible service avoid if possible I will not be back.
