I can't believe I paid to have service done to speed up my computer and now it is worse than ever. They managed to stall me long enough that now I'm past the 30 days support with no resolution to my original issue. Trying to work with their Agent Chat was no help. Long waits between responses to hear "you are past your 30 day, nothing we can do."
Order something offline to pick up at this location. I get a email saying my order was picked up, which it wasn’t because I’m at work. I call and ask and they said someone presented them an ID with my name , so I’m like okay well you didn’t check the card # to see if the person had the card that was used to purchase the product? “Oh no ma’am we didn’t Just the I’d” well I have the card , the email & my ID... so you gave someone my product so what can I do now? The guys at the mobile counter just spent an hour dealing with my provider for an error on the providers part. Full of humor and dedicated to getting my issue resolved - best customer service I’ve experienced in quite awhile! Many thanks!
This store is horrible and their customer service sucks. They would not price match my phone when the price came down it was within 14 days. I purchased the phone at another store and had the receipt and traded in my old phone. They would not let me return it. Because best buy would not honor the price match I will never buy anything again from them. That's why they are going out of business. The store near my home closed as well. I will be deleting my cards too.
