I was happy how I was treated at the store. I bought my washer and dryer on Friday. They said it was supposed to be delivered Tues and I would get a call on Monday to confirm my delivery. I didn't receive a call on Monday, so I called them Tuesday morning and they said that they will be there from 10-12pm. At 12:15pm I called back and Lady said that Truck is having issues and they will call me when its fixed... I get a call at 1:30 and they said they had Family issues and other problems and that they weren't able to deliver ... read more
Bought the new Droid Moto Z on 7/30/16. It failed to power up with a full battery charge on 8/24/16. Took it back that day and was told there was nothing they could do because it was beyond the 14 day return policy. Told me I would have to go through Motorola, which is another nightmare, even though BB sold me a defective cell. They couldn't even give me a phone # for Motorola. Thanks for nothing BB! Bottom line is DON'T buy a cell phone from BB and don't buy a Motorola.
