The car radio that I had installed in October at the Morse Road location is giving me problems. I went back to the Morse Road location to have it checked out only to find out that location no longer installs radios. So now I have to drive to the Polaris. I just called to make an appointment and was told that you can’t make an appointment. You have to come into the store, make your appointment and THEN come back to have your car serviced. Had a horrible experience with Dan (beard, glasses) in TVs. After simply wanting to know if their was a reason the bigger television was cheaper he went into his spiel about better quality TVs and was basically patronizing about us wanting to choose the cheaper television. Once he realized his “can you read the words on the train” game didn’t change our minds he said “just get that one then” and walked away. Didn’t offer to ring up or help move the television. I don’t normally shop at Best Buy and Dan confirmed for me why.
They never answer their phone sat on there for 15 minutes on hold 3 times NO ANWER Surprised they have not gone out of business POOR customer service!!
First of all, stood in line for 10 minutes and got ignored. Had to go to another line, to get another cashier to pay the difference for a $20 HDMI cable. My son purchased a samsung tv from this place back in December. He got a warranty from samsung and samsung warranty. Best buy won't take the tv back because it's beyond it's return policy date. I am done with this store, and will NEVER return. Next stop is reporting Samsung to the BBB, cause their rep got rude and accused us of pirating on a TV, it's a flipping dchp error m... read more
Apparently, the Best Buy team has become so jaded by all of the five finger discounters that they treat everybody suspiciously… I am the last person ever try to pull one over on somebody or to steal something ( not that they know me ) Come on guys treat customers of people and not as thief or shysters
I was on hold for 19 minutes and no one answered!!! What is the point in even having a phone if y’all never answer!!! Come on now!
RecommendedI have not been let down yet by Best buy, my husband ordered a t.v. online and got a email when to pick it up. We even went 20 minutes before closing and was able to pick up our order. No complaints from this family.
After standing in one line to ask why my Gamers Club discount wouldn't populate while I attempted to purchase a game online, I was sent to stand in another line where I was told that despite there still being plenty of preorder cards on the floor that I could not preorder a game that comes out tomorrow. Horrible customer service. And my question never got answered. So sorry I took up some of your time, Ill take my money elsewhere from now on.
