“Supervisor” Matt is very rude and arrogant. He didn’t want to price match an item from Target for $149.99, so he got rude and loud. I got loud and rude back....called corporate and filed a complaint, got the item and paid $149.99. Hopefully, Matt sees this and realizes that he just can’t treat anyone how he thinks he can....because usually the customer is correct. My sister tried to get BB polaris to follow their Price Match policy and match an EXACT HP that was on sale at HP dot com for $200 less. The store manager Matt, was soooo extremely RUDE to her and kept giving some bogus reasons why HE couldn't!! He eventually walked away from her frustrated that he wasn't going to follow the BB policy!!! She went to another BB and got is MORE than $200 off!! Hopefully the social media and letters to corp will show this man he can't treat ANY customer this way!
ordered two tv's online, conformation for 05/10/18, to be ready 1h, internet indicated pick up at Polaris in Col Oh. Call to see if ready, rude lady transferred, she pick up at Morse Rd store, told internet stated Polaris, told her AT&T here 9:am to hook up, put on hold several times she stated could pick up at Polaris today and would get order update. Very poor experience, ordered on line where it showed Pick Up In 1 Hour. Email arrived saying Not Available for 1 Week. Went to the store, they had the item in stock but would not fill the order. Shelf price was higher than the advertised price on the web site. Needed it so cancelled the web order and purchased at higher price. Was told an email receipt would be emailed but never received.
