I wish I could give this location a no star rating but that's not an option. HORRIBLE customer service. One week ago I purchased an screen protector for my Apple Watch and had it installed by one of their technicians and less than a week later it fell off and was nowhere to be found. Went back to the store to ask about a replacement and was rudely told that there was nothing they could do for me unless I found the product and brought it to them. Trust me I tried to find it but it shouldn't have fallen off in the first place.... read more
I have been attempting to contact the store to talk to a store rep about a return/exchange and have been on hold for approximately 20 minutes so far between me calling and selecting different store departments. I have a simple question, and having to wait this long seems ridiculous. I've had positive experiences in the store, but considering the number of employees that work there, more people should be devoted to Customer Service.
Joey, Manager and Terelle, CSR helped out greatly for our fridge exchange. Very happy with the service and attention they gave to the problems addressed.
Had a rough time getting a product from another store that was sold out but part of a sale. What really bothered me most was how rude and condescending the manager was to the employees.
You know i used to love going to your store buy 100 plus dollars worth of cds each time. But now u have a half a shelf of music. Its sad couse now i have to pay more money to order off line do to shipping. Its truely sad how u have gotten rid of your music pretty much
