Been here over an hour. ONE item to exchange. Looked on line 1st - said they had item we wanted. Customer Service Person worked hard to find but wasn't one. Took to front of exchange line, then made us wait through the line. Once at front of line were told there was one at Morse Rd. store then pushed to side with g while Customer Service Reps helped others. Still waiting. Steppes out of line to get help. Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 exchange black for Silver smaller model. WHY????
Avoid Best Buy Poloris. Fridge delivery didnt show up after week of waiting. The store check credit and issue credit card but it is useless now since the fridge was not delivered. Manager Andrea did not help and hang up and laugh on phone while talking. Unbelievable costumer service!!
Found the range I wanted, helped by David, he was great, friendly, genuine. Got a great deal, went back the next day and was assisted by Garrett to search for pans. Would shop again.
Went to the Polaris Store with a Tracfone I bought at the Lancaster store but wanted someone there to set it up at Polaris store......So we went to the cell phone desk and there was Chandler...an angel from heaven IMO. Did not hesitate one bit and set the whole thing up for us, my daughter and myself. I cannot explain how wonderful it was for him to do this...IMO he went above and beyond good customer service..Chandler from the cell phone dept deserves a bonus! It meant a lot to us. Thanks again Chandler!
On Tuesday, September 10, 2019 I purchased a Samsung. T.V. and a T.V. stand at the Columbus Best Buy Store. I was told that both would be delivered/shipped to my home on Friday, September 13, 2019. In fact, the email that I received after making the purchase stated as much. On Friday, September 13, I received another email indicating that the shipment of the T.V. stand would be delayed, possibly until as late as October 12. Maybe you’d make more sales if you actually bothered to put on stock inventory out in the shelves.
Do not do business with this store. They NEVER answer their phones. Their mobile department is awful. Never once have their bills worked out the way they say they will.
