I tried to call the store and was on hold for 30 minutes. The recording kept saying will transfer to the next available person but all the phone did was ring. Never talked to a human being. I HATE THE AUTOMATION OF TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF AN ACTUAL PERSON. SAVES MONEY FOR CEO'S POCKETS?
Tried to purchase SSD drive, could since no one would show up with key to unlock case. Can't even get ahold of manager on the phone. Pathetic Customer service, don't lock em up if you don't have the staff
Bought appliances for a home I was selling and the delivery people called the wrong contact, I called and they said they would be back in 1 hour. After 2 hours and them not showing I was told this would be resolved after the delivery. After having to delay the sale of my home 1 week, I called 2 weeks later only to be told this was my fault. Great customer service delivery warehouse. Maybe I need to take my business elsewhere. For the record, store employees we great.
Bought fit bit watch before Xmas. Stopped working. Took it back and was told because I didn't buy their warranty that I had to deal directly with Samsung. They don't even stand behind what they sell. POOR CUSTOMER service!!!!!
Bought a tv at the Strongsville store. I took it out of the box and the screen was broken. Packaged it back up and took it to the Cleveland store on Brookpark Rd to do an exchange. The manager told the CSR that since there was no damage to the box, that I had to take it back to the store I purchased it from. Strongsville exchanged without a problem and told me that there was no reason the Cleveland Store Couldn't do it. Must've been too busy watching the NFL playoff game to do his job.
Staff was very helpful in showing me how get free up space by moving various files to the cloud am very thankful for their engagement
I went in for a hand held printer to connect to the cell phones. A guy by the name of Matt helped me i was in and out with in a few minutes. They Had something better a printer that i can use with my camera and cell phone and i pad as well. I am over the moon with my service and my portable printer.
The whole store setup is very confusing. Nothing is in stock terrible! If you walk down the isles they are empty. Employees not even sure what is coming in on there next shipment.
