Horrible experience. Best Buy blames the delivery contractors and they blame best buy. And good luck getting a hold of Best Buy!
Ordered Item online, it arrived to me broken I had a two week return window..I returned the item on the last day of the return window because it’s a large item and I needed help cause it won’t fit in my vehicle. Was questioned why it took me two weeks to return it...well I don’t think that’s any of your business for one and two it’s within the window for returns. This best buy has the most extreme and needlessly unreasonable social distancing policy that I have encountered so far at any retailer. The store is "open", but you are not allowed to enter the store unless you "make an appointment". Just for casual browsing you have to call and schedule an appointment ahead of time! These stores have a lot of physical space to maintain a generous distance between people. Since they have this asinine policy in place-THEN DO NOT HAVE THE STORE OPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE!

This is the worst store in the area. No one answers the phone in any department. No call backs what so ever. Store manager is rude. Will not be returning to this store, and I doubt I will go any of the other locations eitther
I caution anyone doing business with this store and that definitely includes online......you can not get help when you call....i called 7 times trying to find a human...i bought a microwave and it doesn't work right out of box...no one to ask for help .....it is worth it to forget the whole thing to know i will never never buy anything from these people again !!...going to lowes tomorrow because when you buy something that doesn't work from them...it is easy to get help and to return it.....i do not leave this review lightly... read more
