I guess you don't get what you pay for if you cant find your reciept at best buy. Bought an adapter for iphone and less than a month later the thing is actin like a wire is loose inside it. 70 dollars down the fuckin tubes. 70 for one cord 30 for a charging cord. Fuck apple and fuck best buy!!
I was shopping on Black Friday looking for a camera found it however I decided to price check it and found the camera on the internet for $184 Best Buy - Brookpark had it for $229 I asked a sales rep if they would price match I was told they would not be price matching until Sunday so I decided to wait and go back on Sunday so I went back today as was told that they would not price match.... I have had a problem for over a week , missed work and endless time on hold .... this is RIDICULOUS would love for some one to handle my issues
Bought a Samsug washer, and when I opened it the whole bottom side corner was dented, underneath the Styrofoam and wrap. Called several times and was hung up on after explaining what happen. Even emailed and no response. How can they charge full price for damaged products.
Bought a Whirlpool refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser. The unit would produce ice for an hour and then stop. Had Geek Squad out 3 times and finally returned the refrigerator and upgraded to a much nicer model with no hassle at all. In store you all could use more help but I get how the labor costs have to be managed or how people don't come to work as they should.
