Pretty bad customer service. Left the store after getting my money back. They don’t care about customers complaints. Shop some place else just like I am going to do.
Worst Best Buy of all! Justin the MOD was very rude. Couldn’t resolve the issue. Very inefficient. There’s a very valid reason why the rating on this store is 2.2, and because of that they clearly cannot recruit any proper employees. It will continue to sink.
Made an appointment last week to have my phone repaired. Even with a 5:20 appointment, their technician left for the day. They proceeded to tell me I could leave my phone and pick it up at 1:00 p.m. tomorrow because that’s convenient for the average citizen. I’m sorry, but an Apple verified store should be same-day pickup. Immediately called Apple to file a compliant.
bought 3 cell phones from bestbuy. they added there insurance on the accounts and they added sprint's insurance. I dont get a physical bill so I had no idea until I went back in the store. the GM Jason basically told me that it was too bad for me even though it was their fault. The employee who did this is a brown skinned man about 5'10" in height , slim build, has a low cut measure hair cut, curly on top. We bought a Samsung refrigerator and at the time of purchase was told the delivery guys would hook up the water line I already had one there from my previous fridge I bought new fittings like the salesmen said to do and they would not do it. They told me they are a third party service they deliver and nothing else. I called the store manager and spoke to him and he said they were supposed to hook it up they didn't because you had no shut off value behind the fridge.
