The employees lie about discounts to get you to sign up for a credit card. Called customer service and was brushed off like they didn't even care. Debating if I should return my $2200 tv.

Went there and purchase $8000 in appliances and a TV looked at my receipt when I got home and they were the wrong dishwasher and oven that I wanted. My microwave wasn’t even being delivered and prior to purchasing everything I said I wanted everything installed for free he said no problem. The hood I got apparently is $450 to install and is nonnegotiable yet he neglected to tell me all this so if I didn’t look at my receipt upon delivery my hood it would’ve just been put to the side without being installed and I would’ve had... read more
2 weeks since delivery of my stove and refrigerator and still no resolution to the missing griddle for the stove, significant scratches on and faulty control panel in the refrigerator and compensation for food spoilage. The phone number I was given for the person who is supposed to be working on my claim is invalid and no one else seems to have the ability, authority and/or inclination to do anything. This is certainly my last Best Buy purchase.
Don't waste your time calling the store. I literally have been trying to call all day - and have been kept on hold :(
Up until today, I bought my electronics from Best Buy. I was okay overpaying because of the convenience, it was close to my house and my company. However, I don't trust a company that has a 2 week return period on speaker wire. Unopened. Undamaged. Not to mention the customer service representative I spoke with in Brooklyn, Ohio was rude and disrespectful. I'm paying my Best Buy credit card off and cutting it up. Officially my last purchase here.
Why doesn't anyone at Best Buy answer the phone? I've been calling every Best Buy in the area and the phone just rings. My bf has been on hold with one for an hour. This is so frustrating!
