I've now been screwed over 3 times by this company and most likely will not be back. Used to love going there (and working there) but new policies have made the customer experience horrible. Such a shame.
Crappie customer service. Had a dryer delivered today and they installed it wrong. The dryer vent fell out of the window....called 1 800 best buy and was told they couldn't come back till at least Wednesday. What kind of service is that? They got my money and it's basically f you now....they could care less
