Store manager was incredibly rude to me. Have not stepped into the store since. Avoid this store. Bad customer service skills.
My Papa and I have been here twice, in the past 2 days. We brought in one of Papas' computers, and had 2 viruses, and several AdWares removed, so it was workable for him. Ben is wonderful....he is polite and knowledgeable. We picked this up the next day, and Stevie helped him thru how to use, and took on another of Papas' older IBM computers. He was passionate and very helpful, I highly recommend these two.
Stay away from Best Buy Erie ,Pa. and the Samsung 65 inch curved TV. It stopped working in mid January. Three Geek Squad visits later, two parts replaced and now we are waiting for the 21st of February for another visit and third part replacement. No telling if that will be the fix I called Best Buy Erie and corporate, no help.
The Samsung guys definitely helped me find something to stream to the TV from my note5
About the absolute worst store experience I have ever had....and they didn't fix the problem either. Rude Geek Squad counter person would not return my computer to my daughter at pick-up even though she had the work order number, the confirmation number and the reservation comments that I authorized Best Buy to let her have it. In addition they refused her request to call me to verify this. I'm done with Best Buy because they didn't fix the computer anyway. Worst store ever! I will never walk in this place again! Product is garbage and customer service is horrible. Two computers-two bad hard drives-two times unresolved!
As a disclaimer I must say there was a friendly female that tried to help me yesterday in the Erie store. Other than that I've had an awful experience overall. I will NEVER buy anything from best buy again. I go on their facebook page and it's just a wall of angry customers who waited for a delivery that never took place just like mine. I ordered a dryer on the 24th. I scheduled it for the 29th of November from 4-8pm for delivery and installation. I got a call the day before confirming this delivery. Serious kudos to top notch, knowledgeable, friendly and calm service during Thursday night Black Friday sales. I bought from all departments and every one on the staff was amazing, helpful and super nice. I'm very impressed with how well the organized chaos was handled. New lifetime customer here!
