Best Buy was my 1st choice for electronics since forever, until today, I was limited to 2 of the same item, Corporate rules. This particular item I was surprised that they had many in stock., The item was not on sale priced at regular price, so why was I limited to 2 items per purchase per day, when there were 100s in stock. Are you implying I'm going to do something illegal ???? I have a family of 6, that's why I'm buying 4 of the same item. GOODBYE Best Buy, I'm taking my hard earned money somewhere else

Will never ever shop at Best Buy again. I live in Warren, PA and drove almost 2 hours to go to the Erie, PA store. Picked out a Laptop and was given the wrong one. As soon as I opened the box I called the number on the receipt, an office that accepts calls for the Erie store attempted to brush me off, telling me to return it. It's almost 2 hours there and back, I don't have time for that. Finally, put me in touch with the manager who after some investigation found out they had put the wrong tag on the laptop hence the mix-up... read more
Horrible place. Refused my check with their consulting credit company, because I did not purchase at best buy on a while they denied an iPad purchase.. never shop there again!�
The workers kept ignoring me so I wandered around for several minutes to find what I wanted. I then got passed over to help people arriving after me. Waited 15 minutes at the Apple table and left. Went to Target and got my item 150$ less.
Very poorly run store! I called earlier in the day to verify I could price match a charger they had in stock that Walmart stores had significantly cheaper. I was told that I could as long as the model and color matched up I double checked everything and again verified it and then drove down to purchase the item only to have the first associate I speak with tell me no they can't. I went shopping for TVs and accessories. I left with everything I wanted and a huge relief and smile because a worker named Keith was f***ing AMAZING!!!!! Knowledgeable and just the facts. Not to mention went out of his way to save me a few hundred dollars!! Keith, YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!
This store has lost my business forever. I am insulted and furious. Best bye bye.
