I went to Best Buy to buy screen protector that I can't find where I normally shop at and I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I was looking at the screen protectors and there was another guy in the same aisle looking (maybe it was security) and a employee comes up and ask him if he needed any help. the employee walks by me and doesn't say a word. I have bought a lot of stuff here through the years, a real lot, Recently i bought a new ipad and with it an Otterbox. I asked the guys working if it would work with an apple pencil and they said "yea no problem" so a month or more go by and its time to try it out. I use it and its just not going to work. I think well ill take it back and get something else. So I dont usally fight about things especially in store, but #bestbuy in Erie have the most awful, rude, good for nothing general manager. So first of all I bought an open box laptop because the employee assured me multiple times (and I asked specifically as did my husband) if something went wrong they would replace it with a new one. First, the good news: Drew in appliances and Nick and Andrew on the delivery truck were great. The fridge seems to be fine. Then it goes downhill. Long story follows: My wife and I ordered this fridge a few days ago online for our tenants, who are moving in today (Friday). Perhaps when having "men" deliver an appliance, having the proper equipment on hand and some employees that aren't afraid to do some actual work, would make the Best Buy purchasing experience a lot more enjoyable. Not sure how 2 guys can claim they don't need a dolly and they can carry a brand new refridgerator by hand. SMH!!! Never again will I purchase a household appliance here. Lesson learned!

My daughter purchased a lap top last year for college. She was to get 10% back in store credit. It never came. Followed up with the store on 4 occasions, each time they said the corporate office would email the certificate. Finally called the corporate office and they said they can’t re-issue the credit because it has been too long??? How can something we never received expire??
